2. Account & Registration

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide
• Keep your password confidential and never share it
• We reserve the right to suspend any account suspected of violating these terms

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are shown in local currency (JOD for Jordan) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time
• Payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, and Google Pay
• Cash on delivery available for select orders (additional terms apply)
• All transactions are encrypted and secure. We don't store card data on our servers

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping time: 15-30 business days from payment confirmation
• Direct shipping from China to your address in Jordan or other MENA countries
• Tracking number provided for every order
• Delays may occur due to customs or circumstances beyond our control
• You are responsible for any customs duties imposed by your country

5. Returns & Refunds

• You have 7 days from delivery to return a product
• Product must be in original, unused condition
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (except for defective items)
• Refunds processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the return
• Some items cannot be returned: underwear, personal care, custom products

6. Cancellation

You may cancel an order before shipping (usually within 24 hours of placing it). After shipping, cancellation is not possible — the return policy will apply.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ChinaHub (designs, text, images, logos) is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We strive for accuracy but don't guarantee the website is error-free
• We're not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from using the site
• Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the disputed order

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from website use will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent Jordanian courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website after modification means you accept the new terms.
