ChinaHub respects intellectual property rights and is committed to protecting rights holders:

• We don't allow listing or sale of products that infringe registered trademarks.
• We comply with the US DMCA and similar international laws.
• We cooperate with rights holders to remove infringing products promptly.
• We reject attempts to use counterfeit trademarks on our platform.
• We terminate accounts of suppliers who repeatedly infringe.

A valid notice must include the following information:

• Your full identity: name, address, email, phone number.
• Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Specific URLs of the infringing products or pages on ChinaHub.
• Proof of rights ownership (trademark or copyright certificate).
• Good faith statement that the use is unauthorized.
• Statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
• Electronic or physical signature of the rights owner or legal representative.

Send your complete notice to our designated DMCA agent:

• Email: ip@chinahub.com (fastest)
• Subject: "DMCA Takedown Notice" with case number if applicable.
• Mail: ChinaHub Legal Team, Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.
• We review each notice within 24-48 hours of receipt.
• For urgent cases, we temporarily remove content pending investigation.

Upon receiving a valid and complete notice, we follow these steps:

• Legal review of the notice and completeness verification.
• Removal of infringing content within 24 hours of acceptance.
• Notification of the seller/supplier with opportunity to respond.
• Recording the violation in the supplier's record for repeat tracking.
• Notifying the rights holder of removal and details of action taken.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification:

• Counter-notice must be filed within 14 days of content removal.
• It must contain your identity and URLs of the removed content.
• Good faith statement that content was removed by mistake or misapplication.
• Consent to jurisdiction of competent courts for dispute resolution.
• After acceptance, content is restored within 10-14 business days.

We follow a strict policy against repeat offenders:

• First violation: formal warning and content removal.
• Second violation: account suspension for 30 days.
• Third violation: permanent account termination and product blocking.
• In severe cases: immediate termination + legal action.
• Violation records are kept for 5 years for review.

Filing false claims is a legal offense:

• Under DMCA Section 512(f), false claims expose you to legal liability.
• Penalties may include monetary damages and attorney fees.
• We reserve the right to reject incomplete or misleading notices.
• If bad faith is suspected, we refer the case to authorities.
• Make sure you actually own the rights before filing any notice.
