How do I return an item?
Last updated:
- Open Your orders and select the delivered order.
- Choose Return an item, add the reason, and attach photos if you like.
- We review your request and email you the return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it.
- Once received and inspected, we refund you to your original payment method, or as credit to your account if you prefer within 5–14 business days depending on your bank or payment method.
