• Don’t tap any links, and don’t send any details or money.
• Take a screenshot showing the sender’s number or email.

Send it to us so we can act and warn other customers.

• Use a strong password unique to ChinaHub.
• Never share verification codes, even with someone claiming to be our team.
• Sign out on shared devices.
• If you notice unusual activity, change your password in My account and let us know.
