You can cancel while your order is still Processing and hasn’t shipped:

1. Open Your orders and select the order.
2. Choose Cancel order and submit.
3. We’ll confirm by email. If you’ve paid, the amount is refunded to your original payment method, or as credit to your account if you prefer within 5–14 business days depending on your bank or payment method.

Once shipped, an order can’t be cancelled, but you can return it after delivery under our return policy.
