How do I track my order?

There are three ways to follow your order:
- From your account: sign in and see all your orders and their status in My account.
- From the Help Center: enter your email or phone and order number in Your orders.
- With the tracking number: once shipped, use it on the tracking page.
Order statuses:
- Processing: we’ve received your order and are preparing it.
- Shipped: your order is on its way.
- Delivered: your order has arrived.
