When your order includes items from different suppliers or warehouses, we may ship them separately so you get them sooner instead of waiting for everything.

Each package has its own tracking number, which you’ll find in My account or in your shipping emails. If only part of your order arrived, please wait for the remaining packages before reporting something missing.
